Only when both types of plates are brought together can the original seed phrase be reconstructed in the exact order required by your wallet.

THE SCENARIO

An attacker obtains the complete list of your 24 words but has no information about their correct order.

The order exists only
on the separate Code Plate.

The attacker must therefore try every possible arrangement until the correct seed is found.

The number of possible orders
of 24 distinct words is:

≈6.20 × 10²³
This is ≈79 bits of search space.
Even if the attacker could test one billion complete seed derivations per second, exhausting the full set of permutations would still require years of time.
